South Beach Diet, Week 2

Yes, I'm still on South Beach Diet. I simply got bored with writing about it every day. So instead, I'll do weekly updates.

I've moved on to Phase Two. So now I can eat whole grains and fruits. Kraft makes these really good SBD breakfast wraps. If it weren't for those, I'd still be eating those damn veggie quiches every morning.

Mom says I'm losing weight. I refuse to step on the scale since my goal isn't to lose pounds, it's to lose inches. I don't think I've lost any inches yet. Maybe in another fortnight I'll notice a difference.

P.S. I think I'm addicted to pistachios. Bet you can't eat just 50!
