"Change is inevitable...

... except from a vending machine."

Remember how I said I was going to be on my secondary account all this week? After half an hour of getting no calls, one of the supervisors told me that my secondary account had combined with one of the other accounts, one I'm not trained on. Of course, that was the first I had heard of it. I swear, there's a breakdown in communication somewhere in my office. Someday, I'm going to grab a deerstalker hat and a (bubble) pipe and hunt it down.

So, what does this mean in a nutshell? Right now, I'm only doing one account. You'd think I'd be ecstatic, but I'm not. One account means I'm less valuable to the company, which means I could be on the upcoming list of people getting downsized. I'm going to talk to my supervisor tomorrow about maybe training on another account. I really want to keep this job.
