I am never buying from Serengeti again. Two weeks ago, I ordered this. Yesterday, I received this. Fuck them right in the ear. I am sending it back. According to the return slip, exchanges take four to six weeks. Dammit, all I wanted was a new purse. I don't need all the extra drama.
