I had two more of those egg and veggie quiches for breakfast. Those things will be the death of me, I swear.
Going totally carbless is not agreeing with my digestive system, so I'm sneaking in a 15.2 fl oz bottle of apple juice. Yes, I know it's not allowed until Phase 3, if that, but believe me, I need it. I need the fiber. An apple after dinner last night didn't cut it.
Apple juice is for drinking, not wearing.
If that salad doesn't have hard-boiled eggs, I don't want it near me.
This oats thing is hard, dry, and messy, but it's food.
All hail Kraft for making South Beach Diet meals, especially meals for Phase One!
Pistachios make a good dessert.
