South Beach Diet, Day Two

I had two more of those egg and veggie quiches for breakfast. Those things will be the death of me, I swear.

Going totally carbless is not agreeing with my digestive system, so I'm sneaking in a 15.2 fl oz bottle of apple juice. Yes, I know it's not allowed until Phase 3, if that, but believe me, I need it. I need the fiber. An apple after dinner last night didn't cut it.

Late Morning
Apple juice is for drinking, not wearing.

If that salad doesn't have hard-boiled eggs, I don't want it near me.

This oats thing is hard, dry, and messy, but it's food.

All hail Kraft for making South Beach Diet meals, especially meals for Phase One!

Pistachios make a good dessert.

oats? you had oats? i thought that wasn't till phase 2! Drink lots of water. you might want to consider a fiber supplement to help out with the digestive issues. I've thought about it myself but haven't bought any yet.

It was this oat, granola, peanut butter thing I got out of the vending machine in a moment of weakness. I won't make that mistake again.

I think I might try a supplement. I try to drink more water but it's not always easy.

yeah, you have to be super conscious of drinking more water. I got this cool water bottle from an outdoors store here. Its the camelbak water bottle with the camelbak nozzle on it. makes it fun to drink out of and so i drink more of it. :-)
