Until I started this diet, I had no idea how many carbs I usually ate.
Pistachios, pistachios, pistachios.
I forgot to pack something, so I ate cashews. There were donuts and sweet rolls in the breakroom, but I was good and didn't have any.
We're having a Food Day on Friday. That will really test my willpower.
I've eaten so much tossed salad and chicken I'm surprised I'm not green and clucking.
