Warning: Opinions ahead

It's a presidential election year, if you couldn't already tell by the campaign commercials on TV. I don't have a great deal of interest in politics, but I do vote and I try to be an informed voter.

Before I go any further, I'm registered as an independent (no party for me), but I'm a conservative Republican at heart.

Anyway, Democrat presidential wanna-be Dick Gephardt has this commercial saying how he's for family farmers and is against corporate farms, etc. etc. etc. Every time I see that commercial (and I see it almost every morning during the local news), I can only think one thing: Gephardt saying, "I want Iowa, and I'll say whatever they want to hear."

Me, cynical? Whatever gave you that idea?

We don't like corporate farms, we're environmentalists, so he probably means it.

That's beside the point. Fuck Gephardt.

I take it you aren't voting for him. So, who are you voting for, as of this moment?
