Late this morning, Mom, Dad, Reilly, Breanna, and I walked down to the beach. It was raining on the way there, but it was typical Hawaiian rain -- light and short-lived. I found a small, chunky piece of driftwood and a pretty, green piece of coral.

After we got back, I read for a little while then felt inexplicably tired, so I decided to take what turned out to be a three-hour nap. I felt much better afterwards, so I'm hoping that took care of the last of my jetlag.

We just got back from seeing the sunset on the beach, always a necessity when you're in Hawaii. By the time we got over to the beach, there wasn't much left of the sunset, but it was still cool.
