Wasn't crazy about the group sambas. Liked that Brooke & Derek tried the samba roll, but all three couples just left me cold. Liked B&D and Lance & Lacey's freestyle. Warren & Kym's was ... meh. Gave all five of my online votes (turns out it wasn't an error last week) to Lance & Lacey 'cause I think they have improved the most. Not looking forward to seeing Cloris & Corky dance again tonight. My prediction, and this is not what I want to see, is that Warren & Kym will be third, Lance & Lacey will be second, and Brooke & Derek will win. Bah.

Night at the Museum 2: Battle of the Smithsonian comes out May 22nd! *cheers* I loved the first one. Thankfully, a lot of the characters (and their actors) are returning. I'm especially happy to see that Ahkmenrah is back. *dreamy sigh*

Finally saw the live-action/CGI Alvin and the Chipmunks the other day. Cute movie. Could've done without the "raisin" joke, but that's just me. Heard the sequel will have the Chipettes too. Someday, I'll get the '80s cartoon series on TV since I was such a fan when I was a kid.

Also saw An Ideal Husband. How in the heck did I miss this when it first came out? Jeremy Northam (Mr. Knightley himself), Julianne Moore, Minnie Driver, Cate Blanchett, and Rupert Everett (what a voice) in a Victorian-Era (1895) movie based on a play by Oscar Wilde. Wow, could that man write dialogue. I need to read the play. It's over a hundred years old, so it should be in public domain by now, right? Which means there's probably an online copy out there somewhere.
